The trailer floor is made of 9 mm thick multilayer laminated plywood with a non-slip coating. It is resistant to wear and moisture.
The side panels are made from hot-dip galvanized box-shaped steel profiles. The infill panels are 9 mm thick multilayer laminated plywood. The front and rear panels can be opened. Reinforced side latches from KNOTT are installed on the side panels.
The trailer floor is equipped with six cargo securing lashing rings. Thanks to additional metal reinforcements under the floor, to which the lashing rings are attached, the rigidity and resistance of the rings to bending and tearing is increased.
Torsion suspension ensures stable and smooth driving under various trailer loads. Torsion axles are manufactured by KNOTT.
The axle is designed for a load capacity of 750 kg. The hubs are fitted with protective caps, and the bearings are maintenance-free for the entire service life.
The electrical system is made from cast automotive cable with sealed connectors and sealed bayonet connections. A 7-pin plug is installed. The entire electrical system is manufactured by Aspöck.
