The galvanized V-shaped drawbar withstands high dynamic loads. It is made of profiled galvanized sheet metal, which increases its reliability and protects the bundle of electrical installations from external damage.
The trailer floor is equipped with four lashing rings for securing cargo. These are attached to the side sheet metal profiles, which increases rigidity and does not burden the laminated floor filling. The lashing rings are equipped with springs that keep them pressed against the floor in an unloaded state, eliminating unwanted noise.
The floor filling of the trailer is made from a single piece of multi-layer laminated plywood, 15 mm thick, with an anti-slip coating. It is wear- and moisture-resistant.
Torsion suspension ensures a stable and smooth ride under different trailer loads. The trailer is fitted with a KNOTT torsion axle, designed for a 1,350 kg load capacity.
The trailer is equipped with a mechanical inertia braking system by KNOTT, ensuring safety even at high speeds and with heavy loads. The robust brake drums allow for easy servicing. Their bearings do not require additional lubrication or adjustment throughout their entire service life. The system also enables reverse movement of the towing vehicle, even on an incline, with a fully loaded trailer.
Easy hitching to the towing vehicle, even with a fully loaded trailer, is enabled by a height-adjustable jockey wheel. This allows for precise positioning and leveling of the drawbar to the required hitch height, while the KNOTT hitch coupling ensures quick and secure attachment to the towing vehicle.
The wheels positioned on the sides of the platform allow for maximum lowering of the cargo area. Since the wheels are located outside the platform itself, this also results in an expanded wheel track.
Easier loading and unloading of cargo is achieved by minimizing the loading height. This is particularly useful when combined with the tilting platform, as it can lower completely to the ground, allowing small vehicles, ATVs, and machines to be loaded without the use of loading ramps. This is possible due to the exceptionally thin rear section of the trailer, which the wheels can easily roll over. An innovative license plate holder further facilitates this by completely rotating out of the loading area, ensuring unobstructed access.
Dynamic towing is achieved as the side-mounted wheels provide excellent stability in corners, while the lowered cargo area enhances driving safety.
The electrical installation is made from molded automotive cable with sealed connectors and bayonet connectors. The trailer is equipped with a 13-pin plug, and the lighting system is from Aspöck.
