• The welded and hot-dip galvanized steel chassis is made of two strong longitudinal profiles and cross-positioned profiled elements, enhancing its durability under various dynamic road loads and adverse weather conditions.

• The V-shaped galvanized drawbar withstands heavy dynamic loads. It is made from profiled galvanized sheet metal, increasing its reliability and protecting the electrical wiring bundle from external damage.

• The trailer floor is equipped with 4 spring-loaded tie-down anchors for securing cargo. These are attached to the side sheet metal profiles, enhancing rigidity without stressing the laminated floor core. The springs keep the anchors flush with the floor in their unloaded state, eliminating unwanted noise.

• The trailer floor material consists of a single piece of multi-layer laminated plywood, 15 mm thick, coated with a non-slip finish. It is wear-resistant and moisture-resistant.

• Torsion suspension ensures stable and smooth driving under varying trailer loads. The trailer is fitted with one KNOTT torsion axle designed for a load capacity of 1,350 kg .

• The trailer is equipped with a KNOTT mechanical inertia braking system, ensuring safety even at high speeds and with heavy loads. The robustly designed brake drums allow easy servicing, and the bearings require no additional lubrication or adjustments throughout their lifespan. Reverse operation is possible, even on inclines, with a fully loaded trailer.

• An adjustable support wheel simplifies coupling to the towing vehicle, even with a fully loaded trailer. It helps position and level the drawbar to the required hitch height, while the KNOTT coupling system ensures quick and secure attachment to the towing vehicle.

• Wheels positioned underneath the platform maximize the usable width of the trailer. Since the axles and wheels are located below the platform, there are no side extensions, allowing the entire width of the platform to be utilized for cargo. This design provides flexibility for transporting various types of loads, such as construction materials, palletized goods, machinery, or vehicles.

• Easier loading and unloading is enabled by free access to the side panels, which is particularly useful when forklifts are used for loading.

• Towing this trailer is simpler since the wheels do not protrude from the sides, and the platform width matches the trailer width. This facilitates navigating narrow roads or urban areas, offering improved maneuverability, especially in city environments.

• The design minimizes rolling resistance as the placement of the wheels beneath the platform reduces frontal area in the direction of travel. The flat platform enhances vehicle aerodynamics, resulting in lower air resistance during driving. This not only improves stability on highways but also reduces fuel consumption, which is critical for long-distance travel and commercial use.

• The electrical system is made of molded automotive cables with sealed connectors and bayonet connectors. A 13-pin plug is installed, and the lighting system features LED technology by Aspöck. The entire trailer electrical system is manufactured by Aspöck.
