• The welded and hot-dip galvanized steel chassis is made from two strong longitudinal profiles and cross-mounted profiled elements, which enhances its durability under various dynamic loads on the road and in adverse weather conditions.

• The V-shaped galvanized drawbar withstands heavy dynamic loads. Made from profiled galvanized sheet metal, it increases reliability and protects the bundle of electrical wiring from external damage.

• The trailer floor is equipped with six lashing rings for securing cargo. They are attached to the side sheet metal profiles, increasing rigidity without burdening the laminate floor. The rings have springs that keep them pressed against the floor when not in use, eliminating unpleasant noises.

• The trailer floor is made from a single piece of multi-layer laminated plywood, 15 mm thick, with an anti-slip coating. It is wear- and moisture-resistant.

• The torsion suspension provides stable and smooth driving with various trailer loads. It is equipped with two KNOTT torsion axles, designed for a load of 1,350 kg.

• The trailer is equipped with a KNOTT mechanical inertia braking system, ensuring safety even at high speeds and with heavy loads. The brake drums have a robust design and allow for easy servicing. The bearings inside require no additional lubrication or adjustment throughout their entire service life. The system allows the towing vehicle to move in reverse, even on inclines, with a fully loaded trailer.

• Easy coupling to the towing vehicle, even when the trailer is fully loaded, is enabled by an adjustable height support wheel. This makes it easy to position and level the drawbar to the required hook height, while the KNOTT coupling allows for quick and secure connection to the towing vehicle.

• Wheels located beneath the platform allow for full utilization of the trailer’s width. Since the axles and wheels are under the platform, the trailer has no side extensions, meaning the entire width of the platform can be used for cargo. This gives the trailer flexibility to transport various types of cargo, such as construction materials, palletized goods, machinery, or vehicles.

• Easier loading and unloading of cargo is possible due to open access to the side areas. This is especially useful when using forklifts for loading.

• Towing this trailer is simpler, as the wheels do not extend beyond the sides, and the platform width matches the trailer width. This makes it easier to pass through narrow roads or city zones, providing better maneuverability, especially in urban areas.

• Reduced movement resistance is achieved by placing the wheels under the platform, which decreases the frontal area in the direction of travel, while the flat platform contributes to better aerodynamics, resulting in reduced air resistance during driving. This not only improves stability on highways but can also lead to fuel savings, which is important for long journeys and commercial use.

• The electrical wiring is made from molded automotive cable with molded connectors and bayonet connectors. A 13-pin plug is installed, and the lighting system uses LED technology. The entire trailer electrical system is by Aspöck.
