The trailer's floor is made of multi-layer laminated plywood, 9mm thick, with an anti-slip coating. It is resistant to wear and moisture.
The sides are made of galvanized steel sheet with additional profiling for reinforcement. Reinforcement ribs improve the resistance of the side panels to dynamic and impact loads. The front and rear sides can be opened. Reinforced side latches from the manufacturer KNOTT are installed on the side panels.
The trailer floor is equipped with load securing holdeners (4 pieces). Thanks to additional metal reinforcements under the trailer floor to which the rings are attached, the rigidity and resistance of the rings to bending and tearing are increased.
Torsion suspension maintains stable, smooth driving with various trailer loads. Integrated torsion axles are of the KNOTT brand.
The axle is designed for a load of 750 kg, hub bearings are equipped with protective covers, and the bearings do not require additional lubrication and adjustment throughout their working life.
The electrical installation is made of molded automotive cable with molded connectors and molded bayonet connectors. A 7-pin plug is installed. The complete trailer electrical installation is of the Aspöck brand.
Anti-corrosion protection by hot-dip galvanizing is much more effective than other forms of metal surface protection. It provides reliable protection against corrosion on external surfaces as well as inside the structure's cavities, significantly extending the trailer's lifespan.
