The galvanized V-shaped towing bar withstands strong dynamic loads. It is made of profiled galvanized sheet metal, increasing its reliability and allows you to protect the bundle of electrical installations from external damage.
The warm galvanized steel chassis is made of profiled elements welded together, increasing durability during operation under various dynamic loads on the road and in the most aggressive weather conditions.
The trailer floor is made of multi-layer laminated plywood, 9mm thick, with an anti-slip coating. Resistant to wear and moisture.
The sides are made of box-shaped galvanized steel profiles. The side fillings are made of multi-layer laminated plywood, 9mm thick. The front and rear sides can be opened. Reinforced side latches from the manufacturer KNOTT are built into the side panels.
The trailer bed is equipped with loops for securing the load (4 pieces). Thanks to additional metal reinforcements under the trailer floor, to which the loops are attached, the rigidity and resistance to bending and tearing of the loops are increased.
Torsion suspension maintains a stable, smooth ride with various trailer loads. Built-in torsion axles are of the KNOTT brand.
Each axle is designed for a load of 750 kg, the hubs are equipped with protective covers, bearings do not require additional lubrication and adjustment throughout the entire working life.
In the case of choosing the tipping mechanism as an additional option, you get the possibility to use a folding platform that significantly facilitates the loading (unloading) of equipment and bulk materials. When in the closed position, the platform is secured with latches that come with the tipping mechanism. The latches are equipped with a safety lock, preventing spontaneous opening.
The electrical installation is made of molded automotive cable with molded connectors and molded bayonet connectors. A 7-pin plug is installed. The complete electrical installation on the trailer is of the Aspöck brand.
Anti-corrosion protection by hot galvanizing is much more effective than other forms of metal surface protection. It provides reliable protection against corrosion on external surfaces as well as inside the cavities of the construction, significantly extending the trailer's lifespan.
