The galvanized steel frame is made of closed profiles interconnected by screw connections, providing a high safety margin. The curved design of the crossbars ensures the lowest possible descent of the boat, reducing the center of gravity and increasing trailer stability during transportation.
There are four adjustable cargo fastening hooks on the side of the frame, strategically positioned to secure the boat, taking its model into account.
The adjustable front boat cradle allows for customizable height and distance relative to the boat's bow. A winch facilitates loading the boat onto the trailer and secures it during launching.
Roller supports enable convenient launching and retrieval of the boat, even in challenging, inaccessible shore areas. Two front supports with double roller modules can be installed anywhere on the crossbeam, with adjustable angles and height. This flexibility allows optimal positioning for the contours of the transported boat. Two rear supports with four rollers each can be placed at any point on the cross support. Their galvanized bracket has a self-adjusting tilt angle, and each roller pair independently adapts to the contours of the boat, facilitating centering and providing comfortable support during loading and launching at steep angles.
The ability to adjust the axle position allows precise placement below the center of mass of the transported boat. Proper load distribution on the trailer ensures safe transport, avoiding exceeding the allowed load on the towing vehicle hitch and preventing the trailer from tilting backward when transporting a boat with an outboard motor.
Torsion suspension ensures a stable, smooth ride with various trailer loads. The galvanized axle is designed for a load of 1050 kg, equipped with a braking system. The brake drums have protective caps, and the bearings require no additional lubrication or adjustment throughout their service life. There's a connection for additional rinsing of the brake system with fresh water on the inner side of the axle, useful when removing the trailer from saltwater. The torsion axle is of the KNOTT brand.
Removable supports with rear position lights prevent submersion of the lighting system in water, ensuring its safety.
The electrical installation is made of molded automotive cable with molded connectors and bayonet connectors. It features a 13-pin plug. The complete electrical installation on the trailer is of the Aspöck brand.
Hot-dip galvanizing provides highly effective anti-corrosion protection for both external and internal surfaces, significantly extending the trailer's lifespan.
