The galvanized steel frame is made of closed profiles mutually welded, ensuring a high safety margin. The curved design of the transverse supports provides the lowest possible descent of the boat, lowering the center of mass and increasing the stability of the trailer during transport.
An additional steel profile is integrated along the entire length of the trailer frame. It allows securing the boat on any side, taking into account its model.
The adjustable front boat holder can be adjusted in height and distance relative to the bow of the boat. The winch facilitates loading the boat onto the trailer and secures it during launching.
Roller carriers enable convenient launching and retrieval of the boat in difficult, inaccessible parts of the shore where the trailer cannot reach sufficient depth. Two front carriers with double roller modules can be installed anywhere on the crossbeam, with an adjustable angle and height. This allows you to adjust them to the optimal position for the contours of the transported boat's hull. Two rear supports with eight rollers can be placed at any point on the crossbeam. Their galvanized bracket has a self-adjusting angle of inclination, and each pair of rollers adapts independently to the contours of the boat. This design facilitates centering and provides comfortable support for the boat during loading and launching at a steep angle.
The possibility to adjust the position of the axle allows you to set the axle's location and install it below the center of mass of the transported boat. Proper load distribution on the trailer ensures safe transport, avoiding exceeding the allowed load on the towing vehicle's ball and tilting the trailer backward when transporting a boat with a motor.
Torsion suspension maintains a stable, smooth ride with different trailer loads.
Two galvanized axles are designed for a load of 2 x 1800 kg, with a braking system. Brake drums are equipped with protective covers, and the bearings do not require additional lubrication and adjustment throughout their working life. On the inner side of the axle, there is a connection for additional rinsing of the brake system with fresh water when removing the trailer from saltwater. The torsion axle is of the KNOTT brand.
Removable carriers with rear position lights prevent the submersion of the lighting signal into the water and ensure its safety.
The electrical installation is made of molded automotive cable with molded connectors and bayonet connectors. A 13-pin socket is installed. The entire electrical installation on the trailer is of the Aspöck brand.
Anti-corrosion protection by hot-dip galvanizing is much more effective than other forms of surface protection for metals. It provides reliable protection against corrosion on external surfaces as well as internal cavities of the structure, significantly extending the lifespan of the trailer.
