Galvanized steel frame is made of closed profiles interconnected with screw connections and has a high safety margin. The curved design of the cross members ensures the lowest possible descent of the boat, lowering the center of gravity, and increasing the trailer's stability during transport.
Load securing loops (4 pieces) are located on the side of the frame for the most convenient boat fixation, taking into account its model.
Galvanized movable towing bar made of closed steel profiles is installed with screw connections, allowing you to detach it from the frame as needed, thereby reducing the space occupied in the garage or parking.
The front boat cradle, which is multiply adjustable, has an adjustable height and distance relative to the boat's bow. The winch facilitates loading the boat onto the trailer and secures it during launching.
Roller supports facilitate convenient launching and retrieval of the boat, especially in challenging, inaccessible parts of the shore where the trailer cannot reach sufficient depth. Two front supports with double roller modules can be installed anywhere on the crossbeam, with an adjustable angle and height. This allows you to adjust them to the optimal position for the contours of the transported boat. Two rear supports with four rollers can be placed at any point on the cross support; their galvanized support has a self-adjusting tilt angle, and each pair of rollers independently adapts to the contours of the boat. This design makes centering easy and provides comfortable support for loading and launching the boat at a significant angle.
The ability to adjust the axle position allows you to set the axle location and install it below the center of mass of the transported boat. Proper load distribution on the trailer ensures safe transport, avoids exceeding the allowed load on the towing vehicle hitch, and prevents the trailer from tilting backward when transporting a boat with a motor.
Torsion suspension maintains a stable, smooth ride with various trailer loads. The galvanized axle is designed for a load of 750 kg, the hubs are equipped with protective covers, and the bearings do not require additional lubrication and adjustment throughout the entire working life. The torsion axle is of the KNOTT brand.
Removable supports with rear clearance lights prevent submersion of the lighting signal in water and ensure its safety.
The electrical installation is made of molded automotive cable with molded connectors and molded bayonet connectors. A 13-pin plug is installed. The complete electrical installation on the trailer is of the Aspöck brand.
Anti-corrosion protection through hot-dip galvanization is much more effective than other forms of metal surface protection. It provides reliable protection against corrosion on external surfaces as well as inside the hollow spaces of the structure, significantly extending the lifespan of the trailer.

Knott brand torsion axle, where all components are hot-dip galvanized, including hubs and oscillating arms. The hubs are completely sealed and equipped with tapered bearings, which are oil-lubricated. The oil level can be checked through the transparent cover on the hub. It may be necessary to top up the oil.
